Le label Rhythm Steady Records, présente la toute première sortie de la série « Rhythm 45 ». Pour cette première c'est Joe Yorke, fondateur du label, qu'on retrouve au micro avec sa voix de falsetto. Sur « Night and Day », il décrit le quotidien d'un musicien complètement happé par sa passion et par le monde de la musique, une vie où la musique sonne en continu, où les longues sessions studio précédent de longues nuits passées en soundsystem. Avec un instrumental au groove solide composé pour l'occasion par le même Joe Yorke et son solo de guitare signé Sam « Chip » Huelin, « Night And Day » se gorge d'influences channel one et funky reggae. La production affiche un son savoureusement « classique », irrésistible.
